Annual Software Support & Maintenance Agreement

It just makes sense that an organization would want to support and maintain the Mobile Digital Video software solution for the life of the hardware system. Organization representatives will have direct access to the Panasonic technical support team for troubleshooting Arbitrator hardware and software operational issues. Software fixes, updates and upgrades will be provided electronically during the term of the agreement.

VPUs purchased under an active agreement will be put on the organization's existing Annual Software Support and Maintenance Agreement. Annual maintenance agreements run from July 1 through June 30. Quantity discounts are available for larger installations and for multiple-year agreements.
